about

"Moscow’s Nicholay Sirov (Cats’ Orchestra) curated this split with his Chicago penpal Josh Tabbia. Cats’ side A is a curious amalgam of jumbled samples and looped riffs, mysterious late nite compositions performed by a sleepwalker, and on side B Tabbia’s Problems That Fix Themselves contrasts with slabs of two-fisted digital distortion and a few surprising moments of release. Edition of 60 pro-dubbed tapes with risograph artwork designed by Amy Fortunato and Lee Noble on varying shades of green paper." - No Kings
